Why we built SUMN.
After running a large-scale fleet management company, our founders saw a clear gap: every major real estate asset type — apartments, hotels, mixed-use developments — was going to need mobility infrastructure, and none of them had the internal expertise to deploy or operate it.
The property tech market was full of companies selling individual pieces — an EV charger here, a scooter program there. But no one was taking full operational responsibility for the entire mobility layer of a property.
SUMN was built to fill that gap. We are the single partner a property owner needs to go from zero to a fully operational mobility hub — without building an internal operations team or managing multiple vendors.
